Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

• Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): $9.99 — Free on orders over $75
• Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): $19.99
• Overnight Shipping (1 business day): $39.99

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us at ezra.N@icloud.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will make it right.
