Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

How to Return

1. Email us at ezra.N@icloud.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll send you a return shipping label within 1–2 business days.
3. Pack your item securely and drop it off at any shipping location.
4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We're happy to exchange. Contact us at ezra.N@icloud.com and we'll get you sorted.

Non-Returnable Items

• Board wax and consumables
• Items marked as final sale
• Items returned after 30 days

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately at ezra.N@icloud.com with photos and we will replace it at no cost to you.
