Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days. Expedited (2–3 days) and overnight options are also available at checkout.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us at ezra.N@icloud.com as soon as possible. We'll do our best to make changes before your order ships, but we can't guarantee changes once it's in processing.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Email us at ezra.N@icloud.com to start a return.

How do exchanges work?

Contact us with your order number and the item/size you'd like instead. We'll send a return label and ship your new item once we receive the return.

How long do refunds take?

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return. They'll appear on your original payment method.

What size wakesurf board should I get?

Board sizing depends on your weight and riding style. As a general rule: lighter riders (under 150 lbs) do great on boards under 5'2", mid-weight riders (150–200 lbs) should look at 5'2"–5'6", and heavier riders (200+ lbs) will want something 5'6" and up. Beginners should lean toward a larger, more stable board — our Hybrid is a great starting point.

What's the difference between surf-style and skim-style boards?

Surf-style boards are thicker with more volume — they feel like ocean surfing and are great for carving and flowing. Skim-style boards are thin, flat, and loose — built for tricks, spins, and a more skatey feel. Hybrids blend both.

Do your boards come with fins?

Yes! All Wake & Surf Co. boards come with fins included. Check each product listing for the fin configuration.

Is the impact vest USCG-approved?

Yes. Our adult impact vest is a USCG-approved Type III PFD, meeting all US Coast Guard requirements for personal flotation devices.
